What's included
A comprehensive approach to cloud services, covering everything your business needs.
Why choose Neortal for Cloud Services
The outcomes and advantages our clients experience when we handle their cloud services.
Cut Cloud Spend
FinOps audits and rightsizing that target the biggest sources of cloud waste — idle resources, oversized instances, and unused storage and licensing — so you stop paying for capacity you never use.
Zero-Downtime Migration
Proven migration methodology that moves your workloads to the cloud with no service disruptions, data loss, or surprise downtime windows.
Resilient by Design
Architectures with backup, recovery, and failover designed in from day one, so your business stays online even when individual components fail.
How we approach cloud services
A structured, repeatable process — so you know exactly what happens at each stage and why.
- AWS Well-Architected Framework
- Azure Well-Architected Framework
- Google Cloud Architecture Framework
- FinOps Foundation principles
- 01
Assess & architect
We inventory your current workloads, dependencies, and costs, then design a target architecture and a phased migration plan mapped to the cloud provider's Well-Architected pillars.
- 02
Build the landing zone
We stand up the foundation — accounts, networking, identity, guardrails, and cost controls — so workloads land in a secure, governed environment rather than an ad-hoc one.
- 03
Migrate in waves
Workloads move in prioritized waves, each validated before cutover, so risk stays contained and you see progress early instead of one high-stakes switchover.
- 04
Optimize & hand over
Once stable, we rightsize resources, tune cost and monitoring, and hand over documentation and runbooks so your team can operate confidently on day two.
Is this right for you?
We'd rather be honest about fit up front than sell you the wrong engagement.
A strong fit if…
- Businesses of 10–200 employees moving off aging on-premises servers or a first cloud setup that has outgrown itself
- Teams facing a cloud bill that keeps climbing without a clear reason
- Organizations that need a documented, resilient architecture rather than a one-off lift-and-shift
Might not be the best fit if…
- Teams looking only for the lowest-cost commodity reseller of cloud capacity
- Organizations needing a fully staffed 24/7 cloud operations center on day one
Common questions
Everything you need to know about our cloud services services.
We work across all three major cloud providers, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, as well as hybrid setups that keep part of your environment on-premises. We're platform-agnostic and will recommend the right provider based on your workloads, budget, and existing ecosystem.
Timelines depend on the complexity and scale of your existing infrastructure. A simple lift-and-shift for a small environment can take 4–6 weeks, while a full re-architecture of a larger system may take several months. We provide a detailed timeline in our discovery phase, and we phase the work so you see progress early.
Absolutely. Cloud cost optimization (FinOps) is one of our most popular engagements. We audit your current spend, identify waste (idle resources, oversized instances, unused storage and licensing), and implement rightsizing, reserved and savings-plan commitments, and autoscaling to bring your bill in line with what you actually use.
We don't disappear. Every project ends with a structured handover: documentation, training for your team, and a stable, monitored environment. If you'd like us to stay close, an optional lightweight care plan covers monitoring and small ongoing changes — no long-term contract required.
Our designs are informed by the AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Well-Architected Frameworks — the same reliability, security, performance, and cost pillars the cloud providers publish. Cost work follows FinOps Foundation principles. We don't claim these as certifications; we use them as a shared, documented checklist so decisions are consistent and reviewable rather than based on one engineer's habits.
We focus on architecture, migration, and operations — not application source-code rewrites, which fall under our custom software work, and not staffed 24/7 network operations. Vendor licensing costs, third-party SaaS subscriptions, and any data-residency legal advice sit with you and your counsel. We'll flag those boundaries clearly in the proposal so nothing is assumed.
